When you find the house you want, you will need to sign the tenancy agreement, make sure you read and understand it. Once you move in, you pay your monthly rent through your bank. Provided you pay your rent promptly and look after the property, you are unlikely to hear from the DB Roberts property management team, except for occasional inspections.
