It's not every day that we have the privilege of selling a property for the same individual who first bought it over half a decade ago.

 The property holds many precious memories, with more awaiting creation by its new owners, who acquired it through the Modern Method of Auction.

 One of the most exciting parts of this whole journey occurred during the property valuation when the current owner presented a piece of history: The original brochure from 1969. It's a window to a different era and a reminder of the beginning of our journey, having been selling houses since 1964. It's a fascinating contrast to the modern materials we produce today.

 The brochure also provides a glimpse into the evolution of property prices, with the plot originally listed for £3,175 and the option to include a garage came at a mere £225. If only such costs were still available in today's market!
