Feefo introduced the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to honour brands that excel in collecting verified reviews and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Unlike other awards, these are earned through the honest opinions of real customers, making them a true reflection of a business's commitment to excellence.

As the world's largest provider of verified reviews, Feefo works with over 6,500 brands to help businesses and consumers make better decisions. The awards celebrate those that use customer feedback to provide personalised and outstanding service.

In today’s cautious economic climate, delivering exceptional service is more important than ever. Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to businesses that achieve Gold standard for three consecutive years. To earn this, companies must collect at least 50 reviews with a service rating between 4.5 and 5 each year.
