Ever since we opened for business in June 1964, the story of DB Roberts & Partners has been one of constant improvement and innovation and over the last 60 years, this has ensured our reputation as a market leader in all aspects of property sales and lettings.

Continual innovation

As early adopters of industry developments to enhance our services, we work closely with other established agencies across the UK to share the best ideas and as a consequence are able to offer sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants the most effective and up-to-date marketing, advertising, promotion, support services, conveyancing, mortgage provision and rent guarantee services available in the market. We can be contacted from 8am to 8pm on weekdays, 9 till 4 on Saturdays and 10 till 2 Sundays, not an answering service, but DB Roberts own trained staff who can arrange viewings and provide property information.

Our development of an online auction sale proposition has found wide acceptance among property owners and has opened up the auction method of home purchase, previously only the preserve of investors, to a new audience including first time buyers and second steppers.

Our founder and inspiration

The legacy of Denis Blake-Roberts, who had the foresight to open and then develop and expand the firm is still upheld in the professionalism and expertise which we aim to deliver to all our clients. Over the years, DB Roberts has valued, sold, let and surveyed tens of thousands of homes and consequently built up a client following that is the envy of other firms.
