All client money, such as security deposit and rent, is covered by a Client Money Protection Scheme and safely ring-fenced in a separate client account.

Rent is collected and distributed electronically, paid directly into the landlord's bank and DB Roberts use only pre-approved, insured contractors to carry our repairs and maintenance. Landlords receive regular electronic statements of income and expenditure.
